Recognising how much of an effort parents go to getting their children round all the after school clubs, sports activities, birthday parties - not to mention the actual school run - Tesco Cars is giving away £1000 of Tesco vouchers and naming the 'Parent Driver of the Year.' There are also runner up prizes available. Anyone can enter and you can either nominate yourself or someone else.
We did some research recently that found thousands of parents are doing up to 200 miles a week to get their kids around all these activities - again excluding the actual school run - which could add £1800 a year to fuel bills. So we figured we could give something back.
