Just made a really nice and easy sauce to accompany Pork!

Wholegrain mustard sauce

Made on the Hobs

1/2 cup butter
1 cup plain flour
3/4 pint of semi skimmed milk
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard

Method

melt butter in pan
add flour and whisk quickly
add milk 1/4 pint at a time
add salt and pepper
add mustard

whisk till no lumps, and pour over Pork

Enjoy x
